1. Messaging Program

The Tushee's LLC messaging program consists of informational and conversational text messages relating to customer inquiries, quote and order requests, existing orders, deliveries and pickups, services, and customer support. Tushee's does not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.

 

2. How to Opt In

To opt in, text START to 855-733-7667 (855-PEE-POOP). Instructions are provided on our website at www.gotushees.com/text-us. You initiate the text message yourself. After you text START, you will receive a confirmation message. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

 

3. Opting Out

You can cancel SMS messaging at any time. Just reply STOP to the number from which you received messages (855-733-7667). After we receive your STOP message, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again by texting START to 855-733-7667.

 

4. Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at Marketing@gotushees.com.

 

5. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

 

7. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on communication needs.

 

8. Privacy
